| What is an E-Cig and Vaping? |
E-Cig, in short for Electronic Cigarette is a device that looks like a cigarette, feels like a cigarette, tastes like a cigarette, but it isn’t a cigarette. It’s simply a device to allow smokers to cut down & eventually quit smoking the easy & healthy way!
Here's how it works:
 Each fully assembled Ecig consists of 3 parts - the battery, atomizer & cartridge (from left to right). The battery, very much resembling a cigarette provides the power to the atomizer. The atomizer in turn heats up & vaporizes the liquid inside the cartridge - which is inhaled by the user via the conventional style of actual smoking.
When the user inhales through the device, the air flow is detected by a sensor. A microprocessor then activates an atomizer, which injects tiny droplets of the liquid into the flowing air and vapourises the nicotine. This produces a vapor mist which is inhaled by the user. The microprocessor also activates an orange LED at the tip to simulate real smoking.
Inside each cartridge contains a small vial of liquid - e-liquid, which consists of propylene glycol (to create "smoke"), water, nicotine & permitted flavoring.
Unlike nicotine patches, inhalers & gum; e-cig gives smokers a real "smoking" experience WITHOUT the dangerous chemicals, carcinogens, fire, tobacco, tar, carbon monoxide, ash or smell found in real cigarettes.
The "smoke" inhaled & exhaled is merely vapor, hence the term vaping.

Typically, dry herb or a concentrated material, such as a dab of wax or an oil cartridge, is placed in the custom vaporizers . The material is then electronically heated to a temperature below its combustion point. This results in the production of vapor, which the user can inhale. In many respects, custom vaporizers differ from traditional smokes. Smoke is produced during combustion. While smoking, new chemicals are formed as a result of oxidation that occurs throughout the burning process. The process of vaporization, in contrast to combustion, occurs at lower temperatures and does not reach the point of combustion. Unlike smoking, which produces fresh oxidation-based molecules, it merely releases the chemicals that are already present in the drug.
