I do need to warn you!!!!

Programing is a very difficult and stressful task. Microsoft C+/C++ software simplifies the process, but you may end up staying up really late a lot not knowing it, but you get a load done each time.

Go to Download Center under the "Downloads And Trials" tab, and type in the box "Microsoft XNA Studio".

I can help you out by building models for the game. Unfortunately you will have to finish them yourself because you are the only one who would know the codes to allow the models into the game.

That is where the issue of a whole new game system is. Many people will have to learn the codes somehow. This shouldn't be too hard, but it will take time.

This means having to offer an extremely high amount of custom content for download or purchase.

I am encouraging you to keep going. I know this is a great idea and that it can bring success.

I have used and seen Trainz, MSTS/Microsoft Train Simualtor, and RailWorks. all are great games but missing something in each. I have found out what it is that is missing in each game and I had thought of this for a while now and i have the resorces and equipment(aka. Modeling slate, time, programs, animation models, etc.) to make a new Train Simualtor. I have a progam called UDK = Unreal Development Kit. It has speedtree and other great programs for game creation even physics so that if you crash a train or hit a car the game can make it seem real( aka. Broken windoews, dents, crash sounds, things flying,). I have recently updated my 3ds max and stuff. I plan on making scripts for the game so that you can make content for it in Gmax, 3DS max, and Sketch-Up. This could be the next big train simulator. Please reply back if you want to help you will be added and if the game is published everyone will be payed from every buying of the game!

Please feel free to comment!
