All help but one problem is Im still developing a file convertion system so that the sketchup files work in trainz. So if anyone wants to help make or find a way please post and help.
I am using:
3D Object Converter v4.40
Blender
Gmax
Sketchup
3DS Max
Kerkythea 2008
