Be Responsible
We generally do not pre-screen, verify or edit the content posted on or sent from the From by individuals. However, we reserve the right to take any appropriate remedial actions in response to any violation of the Rules of Form and the Terms of Use of the Web. Such actions may include, but not limited to, warning users of violations, suspending violator's access privileges, deleting or editing, without notice, any content that is not consistent with the proper uses set above by the Terms of Use. If it is deemed necessary to purify the Forum from such violating contents and maintain the consistence in terms of the context, the entire thread, including the original post and all replies, may have to be deleted altogether. In that sense, as an user of the Forum, you remains solely responsible for the content of your messages and storage of your messages as well.
We also reserve the right to release information concerning your use of the Forum (including posted content, registration information, and network records) in the event of a complaint or legal action arising from any message posted by you, or other events when we believes such release is appropriate to comply with the law (e.g., a lawful subpoena, warrant or court order).
