They were made to be used instead of gravestones and with minimal risk. Graves that do not have bless can be used to retrieve items from Bandos or KBD, Chaos Ele or Mole. DKs and Sara are found in graves with bless.

Graves also lower the risk of RS. We understand that someone will not bless your grave so they have the chance to spit on your rage, but that is sort of the purpose. Penis is not the word used to describe them. It is how the RS death penalty operates, which has been distorted due to graves.

The blessing was originally intended to replace a friend taking things and returning them to you. It was not a general "nerf death" button it has become, simply something for a friend to assist you out if you died. Here's the solution You have three choices. Only take risks that you can afford, we hope to see a reduction in bosses with maxed gear because there's a small chance they might lose the gear.

Bossing with friends is a way to reduce risk. Boss as you are doing currently, but realise that if the bless goes, you only have your own fault as I for one will be savoring various strangers' fat loot piles. I hope I've cleared up this nonsense argument.

When the old wilderness was around (this was years ago I'm talking about), the PKing community in RuneScape was a decent group of players. First, we asked "dm?" We then asked "dm?" or "fight?" Before we attacked someone. We wanted to make sure that they were in the area and had an enjoyable and fair fight.
